Refund Policy

**Effective for all services provided by World Slick Group and its subsidiaries._
1. General Policy
1.1 This Refund Policy applies to all services provided by World Slick or any of its registered entities (the “Company”) unless a country-specific policy explicitly applies. By engaging our services, you acknowledge and accept the terms outlined in this policy.
1.2 Service Fees cover professional consultancy, documentation support, and application assistance. These fees do not guarantee any outcome, decision, or processing timeframe determined by immigration or government authorities.
1.3 Third-party fees — such as those charged by government bodies, embassies, employers, or related authorities — are non-refundable unless those entities issue a refund. If a refund is received, it will be passed to the Client.
1.4 Refund Eligibility
- If you cancel before substantive work begins (document preparation or submission), you may request a full refund of the Service Fee, minus any non-recoverable third-party costs.
- Once substantive work has started, the Service Fee is non-refundable or may be partially refundable depending on the stage of progress and costs incurred.
1.5 Refunds Are Not Available If:
- A visa, permit, or immigration decision has already been issued or approved.
- The case is refused or delayed due to misrepresentation, incomplete documentation, or lack of cooperation by the Client.
- The Client requests additional services outside of the original agreement (unless covered by a separate written agreement).
1.6 Refund Request Procedure
To request a refund:
- Send a written request via email to the Company’s official contact (listed below).
- Include: your full name, case reference, date of engagement, and reason for the request.
- The Company will acknowledge your request within 14 business days and, if approved, process any refund to the original payment method within 30 calendar days.
1.7 Governing Law
The governing law and jurisdiction for any refund or service-related matter will be determined by the country of the World Slick entity with which you entered into a contract (see Section 2).
1.8 Policy Updates
World Slick may amend this policy periodically. The version available on www.worldslick.com at the time of your engagement will apply.
