2. Scope of Services

2.1 World Slick provides immigration, visa consultancy, and related advisory services including assessment, documentation, application support, and pre- or post-migration guidance.

2.2 The Company does not represent any government authority, nor does it guarantee visa approval or processing timelines. Decisions rest solely with the respective embassies or immigration departments.

2.3 Services may vary depending on the country of application and local regulations.


3. Client Responsibilities

3.1 Clients must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the entire process.
3.2 Any false, incomplete, or misleading data may result in delays, rejections, or termination of services without refund.
3.3 Clients are responsible for submitting all required documents within the requested time frame.


4. Fees & Payments

4.1 Service Fees are payable as outlined in your service agreement or official quotation.
4.2 Fees cover consultation and processing services and do not include government, embassy, or third-party charges unless specifically stated.
4.3 Once work has commenced, payments are non-refundable, except as outlined in our Refund Policy.
4.4 Payments must be made only to authorized World Slick accounts.


5. Limitation of Liability

5.1 World Slick shall not be held liable for any losses, damages, or delays arising from:

  • Immigration authority decisions or policies
  • Force majeure events (e.g., strikes, political changes, pandemics)
  • Inaccurate or incomplete client information

5.2 Total liability, if applicable, will not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.


6. Confidentiality & Data Protection

6.1 All client information is treated as confidential and protected under applicable data protection laws.
6.2 World Slick will not share, sell, or disclose your information without consent, except where required by law.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 All materials, logos, text, graphics, and content on www.worldslick.com are the property of World Slick.
7.2 Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or distribution of website materials is strictly prohibited.


8. Termination of Services

8.1 World Slick reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if a client:

  • Provides false or incomplete information,
  • Violates any of these Terms, or
  • Fails to make agreed payments.

8.2 Upon termination, any fees already paid are subject to the Refund Policy.


9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

The governing law will depend on the entity location with which you have a contract:

  • World Slick France S.A.R.L. – France
  • World Slick UK Ltd – England & Wales
  • World Slick UAE LLC – United Arab Emirates (Dubai)
  • World Slick Pakistan Pvt Ltd – Pakistan

For all other countries, the applicable law shall be that of the entity’s place of registration.


10. Amendments

World Slick reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.
The version published on the website at the time of engagement will apply.
